Tropes in Reality- Friends to Lovers

Image
O ne of the biggest sub-genres in romance has become friends to lovers. Could it be that there is someone in all of our lives that at one point we imagined them as being more than friends? Or has everyone only had platonic relationships with everyone in their lives that wasn't a significant other? I think that there is a vast majority of people out there who probably have had some strong feelings for someone in their lives who they never ended up getting with but considered to be a friend. So the fact that this genre has gained so much popularity over the years shouldn't come as a surprise to most. It has definitely been noted that some people are just meant to be while others are just meant to stay friends. Sometimes you won't know until you've crossed that line and then it can be hard to turn back and be just friends or for some it just easily flows. Though for the most part, I think it can definitely lead to some awkward moments afterwards. I'm intereste

February Monthly Wrap Up!!

Well another month is ending in this year and man has it been a month. I can't believe that we're already about to be 3 months into the year!! Well with that being said, it's time again for another Wrap Up!! This month, I was behind again and I have got to get it back into gear so that I can read some more books and get back on track! I've been thinking of giving book battle a break but I think I might continue trying to do it. Either way, I'm going to try to make sure I stay on track or at least close to it so I don't fall as far behind as I did last year! So, this month, I've read 6 books! Not too bad but I can definitely improve on it next month!! Let's get started with my top books of the month!! Here are the books Up For Consideration:     Found and Forged by Ivy Asher     Second Comes War by Lilith Vincent     Restore Me by J.L Seegars     The Alpha's Fated Encounter by Roxie Ray     Banished Mates by Allie Santos     You

The conclusion of the story between Morgan and Kim was definitely going to be a rough read. I knew this going in but actually reading it was so much more than I could have imagined. The emotions that the author is able to make you feel while reading this duet is just unforgettable. I tend to stay away from things that grab too deep at the heart but this one made it worth it. These two have the type of relationship that everyone wishes for. Even though they are both flawed individuals, they fit each other in a perfect way. The depth and range they both go through with each other and with the other people in their lives run the gamut from happiness, to sadness, to grief. It was a tough ride but thoroughly worth it.    I'd definitely recommend this series to others and have!! If you're looking for a story that will touch you in a way thats different than any other book you've read recently then this series is definitely it. This one is much more emotional than t
