Twisted - Review

I really liked this book!! I mean this series has been amazing to me! I really have enjoyed the characters and way that there is just enough things thrown into the story to make you realize which one this one is an re-imagining of but there is a new twist. Expect the unexpected! Before I state this, I want to say I accidentally skipped Wretched, so don't bite my head off when I say.....I think these 2 are my second favorite couple so far. They are neck and neck with Tristan and Sara. I love that Yasmin was ready to kill for her love. If you are looking for a soft wall flower kind of love then this is not it. This love was built in the trenches and both of them were ready to do whatever it takes to be with the other once they discovered how they felt. I also think the story of Yasmin's father is one that is going to resonate with a lot of people. It's also going to be a little triggering for people as well. I think that it was good to add this into the story because it adde

Finding the Last D'hampire - ARC Review

This was a great first book. Everything is set up in this book for what we have to look forward to in the next book (can I have it now please). This harem is delicious and is host to a lot of different characters! Damon, Nathan, Kenrid and Elliot are the MMCs in this book and they all have unique personalities that made them stand out. I really like that in my WC reads. Sometimes the personalities of the characters can be muddled when there are so many different characters to write and the overlap can leave you asking why this guy AND that one. I liked that they all seemed to have be as different as their species. I also just loved the story. How the other characters stories were able to be woven into Lorna's story, especially Kenrid. It gave things depth so it didn't seem like she was just a wonder bread character. The relationship between Dhampir and their host can I say, is something that I haven't read before. So I can say that I really enjoyed that as well.

Diamond In The Rough - ARC Review

I could not love this story enough!! I didn't think I could love another brother in this series more than I have loved Lix but man Micah!! Whew. I love the interaction that he has with his brother and well as what develops between him and Tiia. They banter just increased in this book. While we got to see some of Micah in the first book in this series. The fact that we get to see more of him is just....whew! To see how much he had to deal with from a young age and then seeing the plant loving man that he grew into was amazing to see. His awkwardness with dealing with situations of the heart just endeared him to me that much more. I really enjoyed this book. I think that while this one was less of an enemies to lovers like the last one was, the angsty vibes was still there. These Malone men need a strong woman to take them in hand and that's exactly what he got with Tiia!     The spice was almost better in this one than the first one!! The scenes I felt like we so much deeper du
