      This is my first book from my Romance Reveal Book Box!! I was very excited to finally try a physical book again. It's been so long!! I must say it's not as glamorous as I remembered. Many a night I went to go to bed and read only to realize I was tormenting my partner with lights when he's used to us sleeping with lights off. Definitely made things a struggle. Though it felt nice to use a book mark again and to also see my progress as I went through the book. Well let's jump into the review!!

        This book is the story of how Elle had a life changing experience and how it changed her perspective on how she was living her life. It also helped her change her serious and gloomy boss. I liked how Elle was able to stop and smell the roses despite the fact that she lived in New York and most people just wanted to speed through life. Her, meeting her boss in person and then essentially helping him change his neices life was very nice to see. Though I didn't like how it went from no romance to blazing in a second. Blazing isn't the right word...we know that West, the boss in question, seems to have an infatuation with Elle already. But the way she flips from being regular with him to romantic didn't really build up for me, it was instant. Of course they had their issues but they got over them quite quickly. And the most egregious issue for me is the fact that I was past 75% before any type of spice happened...and when it did, it was a one liner and over. They kept talking about the fact that they did it but we never experienced it with them. As a spice lover this was the highest level of criminal. I feel like actually having the spice would have taken this book from meh to yasss, in a heartbeat. As it stands, it was just meh. 
       I would probably recommend this book to someone who is just getting into spice or maybe my more prudish friends. The storyline is ok and spicy it definitely is not. With that being said, I'd give this a 2 out of 5 overall and a 0 out of 5 for the spice.

   I finally decided to take the plunge and start this series. This book was really good and I felt so much for Elise. She has so much happening and to see her experience moments of pure happiness was the most rewarding part of this book. As for the men, whew, I really want to continue this series just to see how she is able to resolve the fact that two of the men are mortal enemies. How are they going to come to terms with each other? They are mortal enemies and their families have hated each other for generations!! The others I can see getting along just because but generational enemies?!?!?! That right there is enough to make me want to finish the series. There are so many things that are thrown in here that I'm like, GIVE ME MORE!! I have to know what's going on! The principle, what's his deal because I just feel like he's involved some how. End of The Month Wrap Up- September '23

   We are here again with another End of the Month Wrap Up. It's crazy to say that I can't believe it again but we have burned through this month in a blink. I have gone on a trip and come back and here we are, at the end of the month once again!! I didn't do as much reading as I wanted to since I fell into a slump during the middle of the month. Still all of the books that I read were interesting in their own way. So let's see where all these books fell this month!       Favorite Character:   Avery- Avery from Wonder Light is my selection as favorite character of the month!! I loved that she decided to take some time for herself and do something crazy. Sometimes doing something different can be just what we need to shock our systems and can reset us. The Cliffiest of Cliff Hangers

    Whew,  I received this ARC for a honest review of this book. Let me just say that this was cruel and unusual punishment!! Like the title for this review says, the biggest cliff, in cliffhanger history ends this book.  The next page asks us to wait until next year for the next book.  I won't survive. I will spend the next week writing down theories of how this could continue.      The characters in this book are so memorable!! I love a snarky heroine and her dark hero. These two are actually a match made in... well hell? Darkness? I don't know but I can't wait to read more when the next book in this series drops. I definitely recommend this book!! The spice didn't come to the end but it was hot !! I give the spice 3 out of 5 simply because I wish there was more!! It was so good! Overall I'd rate this book 4 out of 5!! Great works building,  great characters, and plot. Everything is paced nicely and it definitely leaves you wanting more!!
