Haze- ARC Review

  I want more!! I can't say enough, I love books that suck you in and make you feel completely wrapped up in the book. This book definitely did that. I loved getting to understand Lena more. We got a glimpse of who she was in Smoke but in Haze?!?!?!?! Omg we get more of everyone!! I also love series that keep the previous couple involved in the book in a way that makes sense. I mean everything was right there for you as the reader to enjoy and man did I enjoy it. I don't wanna spoil anything so I won't go deep but just know that this book is worth it and more!! The author has already let us know that there will be a book 2 for Lena and Finn. We need it. I just feel like there is more to what is going on with them and everyone else that will be explained in the next book. And man that cliffy!!! Whew, I thought some of the other books I've read had crazy cliff hangers but this one...whew. I literally kept tapping on my kindle screen because I was looking for more. I was like, there is no way this ends like this. You will totally get it when you pick this book up because I mean...why wouldn't you. This book has it ALL!! 
  The spice is definitely there and Finn and Lena are HOTTTTTT!! I'd give this a strong 4 out of 5. They almost did not leave you wanting at all. There was a lot more in this book than Smoke! Overall I'm giving this a 4 out of 5!! I was so close to giving it a 5 but I need a little bit more tidbits and this would have been a 5 for sure. 4.5 if I'm honest. I would definitely recommend this to others!!

   I finally decided to take the plunge and start this series. This book was really good and I felt so much for Elise. She has so much happening and to see her experience moments of pure happiness was the most rewarding part of this book. As for the men, whew, I really want to continue this series just to see how she is able to resolve the fact that two of the men are mortal enemies. How are they going to come to terms with each other? They are mortal enemies and their families have hated each other for generations!! The others I can see getting along just because but generational enemies?!?!?! That right there is enough to make me want to finish the series. End of The Month Wrap Up- September '23

   We are here again with another End of the Month Wrap Up. It's crazy to say that I can't believe it again but we have burned through this month in a blink. I have gone on a trip and come back and here we are, at the end of the month once again!! I didn't do as much reading as I wanted to since I fell into a slump during the middle of the month. Still all of the books that I read were interesting in their own way. So let's see where all these books fell this month!       Favorite Character:   Avery- Avery from Wonder Light is my selection as favorite character of the month!! I loved that she decided to take some time for herself and do something crazy. Sometimes doing something different can be just what we need to shock our systems and can reset us. The Cliffiest of Cliff Hangers

    Whew,  I received this ARC for a honest review of this book. Let me just say that this was cruel and unusual punishment!! Like the title for this review says, the biggest cliff, in cliffhanger history ends this book.  The next page asks us to wait until next year for the next book.  I won't survive. I will spend the next week writing down theories of how this could continue.      The characters in this book are so memorable!! I love a snarky heroine and her dark hero. These two are actually a match made in... well hell? Darkness? I don't know but I can't wait to read more when the next book in this series drops. I definitely recommend this book!! The spice didn't come to the end but it was hot !! I give the spice 3 out of 5 simply because I wish there was more!! It was so good! Overall I'd rate this book 4 out of 5!! Great works building,  great characters, and plot. Everything is paced nicely and it definitely leaves you wanting more!!
