Wonder Light - RMWB Tour!!

   Formalities first, I was given the opportunity to read this book as part of Tina Spencer's tour with Romance Me With Books!! Next I just want to say, as someone who has traveled to Scotland, when the places in this book were mentioned I was taken straight down memory lane. If you ever get the opportunity to visit Scotland then you should definitely do it!! It is breathtakingly beautiful. Ok love of the country aside, this book was a very thorough story. And I say that in a way to mean, you go on the emotional journey with the characters. They don't instantly fall in love and you can almost physically TOUCH their emotions. You can see the journey that they both go on, as individuals and as a couple. I enjoy stories like this one because it's a ride. Everything makes sense, there is no guessing. 
    The spice in this book when it finally happened was really good as well. You were right there with rhe characters with the build up and you stay with them while they discover each other. I'd give it a 4 out of 5 on the hotness scale. I also gave this book a 4 out of 5 on my rankings. You do have to get through a lot of the scenes where the characters are alone and just thinking and going through their emotions but they each have a lot of trauma to get through and it makes sense. It really does feel like there was 2 weeks of reading done while the characters were going through their 2 weeks of healing!! I would recommend this book!!

   I finally decided to take the plunge and start this series. This book was really good and I felt so much for Elise. She has so much happening and to see her experience moments of pure happiness was the most rewarding part of this book. As for the men, whew, I really want to continue this series just to see how she is able to resolve the fact that two of the men are mortal enemies. How are they going to come to terms with each other? They are mortal enemies and their families have hated each other for generations!! The others I can see getting along just because but generational enemies?!?!?! That right there is enough to make me want to finish the series. End of The Month Wrap Up- September '23

   We are here again with another End of the Month Wrap Up. It's crazy to say that I can't believe it again but we have burned through this month in a blink. I have gone on a trip and come back and here we are, at the end of the month once again!! I didn't do as much reading as I wanted to since I fell into a slump during the middle of the month. Still all of the books that I read were interesting in their own way. So let's see where all these books fell this month!       Favorite Character:   Avery- Avery from Wonder Light is my selection as favorite character of the month!! I loved that she decided to take some time for herself and do something crazy. Sometimes doing something different can be just what we need to shock our systems and can reset us. The Cliffiest of Cliff Hangers

    Whew,  I received this ARC for a honest review of this book. Let me just say that this was cruel and unusual punishment!! Like the title for this review says, the biggest cliff, in cliffhanger history ends this book.  The next page asks us to wait until next year for the next book.  I won't survive. I will spend the next week writing down theories of how this could continue.      The characters in this book are so memorable!! I love a snarky heroine and her dark hero. These two are actually a match made in... well hell? Darkness? I don't know but I can't wait to read more when the next book in this series drops. I definitely recommend this book!! The spice didn't come to the end but it was hot !! I give the spice 3 out of 5 simply because I wish there was more!! It was so good! Overall I'd rate this book 4 out of 5!! Great works building,  great characters, and plot. Everything is paced nicely and it definitely leaves you wanting more!!
