Split - ARC Review

Whew, I have to come down from the information dump that just happened in order to be able to actually type right now. My goodness! There is so much happening right now that it is actually kinda crazy! I'll give a brief synopsis on where we are with everyone Titus (hate), is on the move and bringing the war to fruition with the North. He has so many secrets that no one really knows everything. One thing we do know is that he is definitely a pawn for Mother. Mother (hate x2), OMG we know who she is now and her relation to known characters!! Of course we still don't know exactly what went down to get everyone and everything to where it is now. If everyone didn't know already, we have 1 million percent confirmation that certain characters have been around since the surge originally happened (big gasp). Kara, we are still in limbo with what is truly happening with her and the babies. I am on tenderhooks here waiting to see how this plays out. Our badass FMC is still doing the dang thing out here! She is breaking records and making people think twice about messing with her....while still stepping in it when it comes to politics in Glynfyls. Flynn, still being the best himbo there is. Cal, still being the best shady granddad he can be. There are so many more individual characters that were able to get their time to shine in this book. Whether I liked that shine or not remains to be see *cough* Otto *cough*. There was so much of the past that was revealed in Split. Like...I won't spoil but there is just SO MUCH. There is just...one thing that I really want to LOL about but it's a spoiler so....hurry and read this book so we can talk about it! The war between the talents in the North and the power grabbers in the South is about to begin. I can't wait to see how things shake out even though that means that we are closer to the end of the series. There will definitely be a reckoning and I hope that things won't be sad but we shall see. I can't even express how much I recommend this series enough. There is so much to love. 

The spice in this book is definitely high. Kara and Flynn, keep things spicy even though there is definitely some health issues going on with Kara. I give the spice a 4 out of 5 on the spice scale! Overall, I give this book a 4 out of 5. It is great! The depth of the story and the characters are amazing. The slow reveals that are coming out about everything has made this such an amazing and rewarding journey. Go ahead and pick this book up now so that you can enjoy the journey along with me!

Yall, I try not to be long winded when I do my reviews because I don't want to spoil you. Also I try to be a raving looney toon as well but this series is going to probably have the longest reviews I've written. When I say that I am head over heels for these characters, this world, the story. I truly am. Once again we are back in this world meeting so many new faces and some returning! I was so happy to see that Rogan was back! I knew it would throw an interesting wrench between Kara and Flynn and boy did it!! Rogan was just someone who was there briefly in the Prequel Breeder, but he was important to Kara. The fact that he disappeared after what happened in the prequel was investing to me and he always lingered in the back of my mind but never,  did I expect his return to be what it was!! Daughter of No World's - Review

 This book was probably better than I thought it was going to be. I really enjoyed the characters and the world that was built. It was very light on the romance but it definitely managed to shine through when needed. I also would like to add that it did feel like it kind of dragged at certain points in the story and I would have liked if some things were sped up a little. Other than that though things were nice. The story of Max and how he came to be how he was, was tragic. Of course that's the truth of some of the "heroes" of wars. I am interested in seeing how things continue in the next book. Not only with Max, but definitely with Tisannah and the order. I also want to say that I listened to this in it's audiobook form and this was it was um...interesting. You could hear everything with this audio. I mean everything. Every breath that the voice actors took, any noise in their background, page turns and everything. Ruthless King - Review

  This was a spicy and fun read! I really enjoyed getting to know the Sokolov brothers! Their story was tragic and crazy but definitely worth the ride that we went on in this book! This book has what you can expect from an omegaverse book, muscle bound alphas with aggression issues, middle of the road betas and the soft spoken and often over looked omegas. The omegas in this world are pretty much subject to whatever the alpha's want. They are believed to just be bed warmers. I do like the idea that the omega's have power that can only be used to it's full potential if the alpha that bonds them actually cares about them. It makes the men have to actually try to care if they want power. Most of the omega's in this world do not have access to their gifts past puberty due to them not forming bonds that are forged with love. Of course this is something that most alpha's ignore and has been lost, for the most part, to the pages of history. Until vengeance brings these two...
