Fated to the Wolf Prince - Review

This book is probably not going to be one that will hook you into this series. I'm not too excited to continue. The story wasn't bad it's just not memorable. I also felt like the problem wasn't resolved. The things that ended up getting resolved weren't really... problems. Maybe it's something that is an over arching problem but introducing it as a main thing for this couple and it not being solved within their story really left me feeling kinda empty. There were also some plot holes that had me looking at things funny. I usually am not one to see plot holes immediately but even i was like ....uhhh what. Like how Brielle brought up poison being how an alpha was killed to Kane and then later bringing it up like it was a question.  You just told Kane that's what happened! Idk this book just wasn't for me. I wanted to like it more because I love shifter books but...it just didn't hold my interest.  The spice was kinda lackluster. Like it was...

Ruthless Creatures - Review

This book was H O T. Holy crap!! Listening to the audiobook of this was freaking amazing!! The narrators for this are amazing and I really loved the life that they brought to the characters. Not only that but the characters themselves were pretty freaking amazing. I love the way they bantered with each other and they just had so much life! Individually and especially together! These are the type of friends that are real and you just want to be a part of their friend group! I read this awhile ago so I actually didn't really remember that I did but I definitely want to continue this series. The spice in this book was really good! We love a man who isn't intimidated by toys! The fact that they both were willing to try things for each other was good. 4 out of 5 for the spice. Overall, I absolutely loved this book. From start to finish! I would recommend this to anyone who loves Bratva/crime boss romances! This was apparently a reread that I somehow forgot. The first time I read t...

Not gonna lie to ya...I went into this thinking that this was gonna be a weird read. In a way I guess it was but it also wasn't a bad read. I was invested in seeing where the story went and how the MCs were able to fix all the issues that were ahead of them. They still haven't managed to fix them all but some of the more pressing issues have definitely been resolved. It made for a spicy monster read. Not super spicy but it was nice. Everything was built upon as the characters slowly but surely got to know each other. It was also really cool to learn about the different things that they were going through during the time that this book was made. Like why are the humans under the water, how did this technology come into being and how long they have been enemies with the undine. I really enjoyed this more than I thought I would. The characters were compelling, the world immense and has room to grow.  The spice in this book was good. There wasn't a high amount of it but it wa...
