  This book was more interesting than I thought. There are so many people who love this series. I can definitely see why they did. I enjoyed it as well. Violet's mother was definitely a very annoying person. I could not stand her. I just don't understand how there are so many books where the parents are just terrible. This is one of them. Of course the father in this book was great but he was dead before we even got the chance to know him. Then the sister was also pretty amazing. I loved that she was very close to her sister. Then seeing her be able to take all the blows that she was given and keep getting better. Then she was able to take in everything that she already knew and applied it to what she has now. I definitely like that about her character. Especially since she was able to be logical about things when they didn't make sense instead of just being blinded by what she is told and taking it as gospel. I definitely loved her character.  This book was interesting from the beginning to the end. I definitely felt like Delilah was a little silly once she was able to get to the school. There was many a times that I was like girlllll, what the heck are you doing? What about this seems smart? I do find it interesting that she went along with some of the things that the other girls did, especially once they said that they knew that their parents would be able to bail them out. They had no fear of the consequences. As someone who was there on a scholarship that could easily be revoked...I think the last thing that I would be doing would be committing a crime as bad as the one they decided to commit. Not to mention, she got upset about someone cheating off her test but not literal breaking and entering. Especially when it was over a guy who she hadn't even really spoken to up til that point.
