Beneath Hoof and Hollow - ARC Review

This was a great dark spicy Halloween read!! I really enjoyed this! Em and Fier definitely matched each other's freak. In all forms from the blood and guts to the pumpkin magic cum! Emmeline had to be strong to dry years of teaching to try to not only save herself but also the other women of the village. I can't help but wonder if the men who joined on Itrimorts side thought about the fact that she they killed all the women they wouldn't have any.... apparently not. Even though too many women died before the demon could be killed,  a good prob of them were still able to be saved. I liked the characters in this book, especially sassy Horace! A for spice, you might as well put it in all caps because this book had it in spades. From invisible man sex to pumpkin monster sex. It was packed in these pages. Solid 5 out of 5 on spice. Overall I'd give this book a 4 out of 5. It was enjoyable, freaky and told beautifully. There was no dull moments and everything flow...

Weres and Witchery - ARC Review

This was the perfect holiday read! Everything felt perfect for the theme! The small town was doing it's thang, the paranormal was definitely present in this one as well. All things that I enjoy. I liked the story between Jena and Chase. I also really liked the side characters! Aggie, loved her!! Felix, I'd like another helping please! One thing about this author, is she can write some super interesting side characters! They really are amazing. I became so invested in them that now, I must beg for Felix to get a story. I'd even be interested in more of the Eastside characters! I love getting sucked into a world where I can be immersed and just love everything about it. My only negative, is that I felt like Jena and Chase were side characters in this story. I enjoyed getting to see them interact with the side characters more than I was interested in what they had going on. Jena, was interesting but not as interesting as Aggie. Chase did not give me any kind of alpha vibes an...

Tell Me You're Mine - Review

This book almost had me laughing out loud. While the premise for it was not the strongest I still enjoyed it. What made me think this way about it? Well the fact that a billionaire would do what he did for his brother and then just not tell the people that are supposed to be helping with PR is a little crazy to me. There was nothing really stopping him from telling them and the idea that the FMC would be angry enough to not want to be with the MMC anymore because of it was farfetched until the predictable happened. BUT the other things that happened in the book are extremely relatable. Everything from taking over a company that a parent loved to the mother not being truly accepted into society due to being an "outsider" were all things that are relatable. When we see Nicole sight seeing in London and being amazed, that could totally be me. I have never ventured to London but I just know, if given the opportunity, I would be out and about just like she was enjoying everythin...

Wicked Dark Heathens - Review

We finally get the story behind what happened with Able and Riley in this book! I was curious from the first moment that I read about their awkwardness in Dean and Avalon's story! Seeing these two get together finally was like watching your best friend get together with the person they had been dancing around for the longest time. It was nice to watch. They definitely had less to deal with than Dean and Avalon did in their books but it was no less intense! Your childhood boogey man coming to get you is definitely something that you don't want to deal with and poor Riley was trying to deal with it on her own. I understand why she made the choices that she did, in the end it was kinda smart but at the same time a little bit silly when you are dealing with the caliber of people that she knows at the school. When the past finally did come back to bite her, it was crazy to see how delusional people can make themselves. Even to the point that they are smart about it. On another note...
