Gild - Review
I've decided to start another series re-read! This one has unraveled slower than I remember it happening when I originally read it. I think if just this book was out and I didn't have the others to dive into immediately, then I would have probably put this one down and now come back to it. I say that because this world and everything in it takes awhile to develop. The characters, are written well enough that it doesn't really take you long to latch onto them. When they go away you definitely miss their presence. Even the ones that we aren't meant to like, you remember them. Even if some of them we never will get a chance to like, you kinda understand why they feel the way they do. Just from the moments that they interact with our FMC. In this book we really only get things from Auren's POV. We get one small chapter of Midas but otherwise it's all her.
