Beneath Your Beautiful - Review

This was an extremely good story about trauma, redemption and revenge. I read this book as part of the Butterfly Book Club's July book. From the beginning this book hooked me in. I was instantly invested in Honor and her story. I will say this book can definitely be very triggering. The things that happen to Honor are definitely terrible. It was amazing how she was able to find people who were willing to help her. This story was beautiful in the way it shows Honor reclaiming her power. She managed to have the luck of meeting just the right people who were able to lead her back to herself. I really liked Fox. He was just what Honor needed. Honor was also just what Helen needed! Everyone in this book was amazing! I definitely recommend this book but like I said before, check out for your triggers.

The spice in this book was perfect. There was just enough to go along with Honors healing. Though in the beginning it was a hard thing to see since she was being assaulted. I'd give the spice in this book a 3 out of 5. Not to mention we are able to see that even old people are able to have some fun. Overall I give this book a 5 out of 5. The story was just amazing. I enjoyed everything about this. I devoured this book. I highly recommend this book if you are able to get around your triggers.
