    This was an ok read!! I guess we'd consider this forced proximity seeing as if the FMC, Bryn, moved too far away from our dark and gloomy MMC, Caiden he'd die. I guess the spice wasn't spicing for me. My issue with it might not be an issue for others and I'm here for it. I think if you're into heavy BDSM with your reads then this is definitely the book for you. Sometimes it can take me out if the book and I hate that for me. I think it'd the visualization, there was some rope play in this book and I was trying to visualize what was said and that'll do it everytime. It was pretty hit tho so I know there will be those who love it! This book was hard to put down!! I don't think I ever touched my ebook the whole time I was reading this one!! I was invested!! This seems to be the start of a series but I wanted to know more about the revelations we found out about Bryn by the end of the book. I wanted to watch her grow into her powers. I'm hoping she'll be in other books by this author so we shall see!! 
    I'd definitely rec this book to those who like BDSM or don't mind dabbling in it. Even if you don't the story is still good. I'd give it a 2 out of 5 on the spice for me. For others who don't get tripped by the visualization I'd def be higher rated for them. Overall I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5. It was a good read. The plot was fantastic!!

   I finally decided to take the plunge and start this series. This book was really good and I felt so much for Elise. She has so much happening and to see her experience moments of pure happiness was the most rewarding part of this book. As for the men, whew, I really want to continue this series just to see how she is able to resolve the fact that two of the men are mortal enemies. End of The Month Wrap Up- September '23

   We are here again with another End of the Month Wrap Up. It's crazy to say that I can't believe it again but we have burned through this month in a blink. I have gone on a trip and come back and here we are, at the end of the month once again!! I didn't do as much reading as I wanted to since I fell into a slump during the middle of the month. Still all of the books that I read were interesting in their own way. So let's see where all these books fell this month!       Favorite Character:   Avery- Avery from Wonder Light is my selection as favorite character of the month!! I loved that she decided to take some time for herself and do something crazy. Sometimes doing something different can be just what we need to shock our systems and can reset us. The Cliffiest of Cliff Hangers

    Whew,  I received this ARC for a honest review of this book. Let me just say that this was cruel and unusual punishment!! Like the title for this review says, the biggest cliff, in cliffhanger history ends this book.  The next page asks us to wait until next year for the next book.  I won't survive. I will spend the next week writing down theories of how this could continue.      The characters in this book are so memorable!! I love a snarky heroine and her dark hero. These two are actually a match made in... well hell? Darkness? I don't know but I can't wait to read more when the next book in this series drops. I definitely recommend this book!! The spice didn't come to the end but it was hot !! I give the spice 3 out of 5 simply because I wish there was more!! It was so good! Overall I'd rate this book 4 out of 5!! Great works building,  great characters, and plot. Everything is paced nicely and it definitely leaves you wanting more!!
