Taken by Fate- Review

   This book has been sitting on my TBR for idk how long.... and I'm disappointed in myself! This book was good!! It had intrigue, tension, mystery and good old fashion family drama!! I hope that Jordan is worth all of this because Sienna has been going through it.  Even though sometimes she was so headstrong that she was almost stupid, I still liked her character. I wanted her and Dominic to stop fighting their feelings and just let it be but I can understand why they fought it. Court life is dangerous,  doubly so when you're in the royal lineage. 
  There was a lot of tension in this book but no action. I will say that was the only disappointment I had about this book. Sienna and Dominic never really did much other than kiss. At this point I have blue balls for them both.  I'd rate the spice at a 1. Overall though I gave this book a 4 out of 5. I really enjoyed this book. I'm ready to jump into book 2!! I love plots that make sense for the most part and the court intrigue just ups the anti!! I'd definitely recommend this book to others!!

   I finally decided to take the plunge and start this series. This book was really good and I felt so much for Elise. She has so much happening and to see her experience moments of pure happiness was the most rewarding part of this book. As for the men, whew, I really want to continue this series just to see how she is able to resolve the fact that two of the men are mortal enemies. How are they going to come to terms with each other? They are mortal enemies and their families have hated each other for generations!! The others I can see getting along just because but generational enemies?!?!?! That right there is enough to make me want to finish the series. End of The Month Wrap Up- September '23

   We are here again with another End of the Month Wrap Up. It's crazy to say that I can't believe it again but we have burned through this month in a blink. I have gone on a trip and come back and here we are, at the end of the month once again!! I didn't do as much reading as I wanted to since I fell into a slump during the middle of the month. Still all of the books that I read were interesting in their own way. So let's see where all these books fell this month!       Favorite Character:   Avery- Avery from Wonder Light is my selection as favorite character of the month!! I loved that she decided to take some time for herself and do something crazy. Sometimes doing something different can be just what we need to shock our systems and can reset us. The Cliffiest of Cliff Hangers

    Whew,  I received this ARC for a honest review of this book. Let me just say that this was cruel and unusual punishment!! Like the title for this review says, the biggest cliff, in cliffhanger history ends this book.  The next page asks us to wait until next year for the next book.  I won't survive. I will spend the next week writing down theories of how this could continue.      The characters in this book are so memorable!! I love a snarky heroine and her dark hero. These two are actually a match made in... well hell? Darkness? I don't know but I can't wait to read more when the next book in this series drops. I definitely recommend this book!! The spice didn't come to the end but it was hot !! I give the spice 3 out of 5 simply because I wish there was more!! It was so good! Overall I'd rate this book 4 out of 5!! Great works building,  great characters, and plot. Everything is paced nicely and it definitely leaves you wanting more!!
