 This book was such a good read! I felt the mojo coming back with this book! I didn't want to stop reading it. Masha and Ezra had such a beautiful story. This one reminded me why I love shifter books so much! Masha is definitely a character that I like reading. She was strong, smart and a girls girl. She was an orphan with a secret to keep but she didn't let that stop her from being a good person who wasn't mad at the world. She accepted that she had a mate without doing all the weird denials. It is always weird to me when a character denies something that is essential to their species and lore for a bad or silly reason. Even though Masha had a secret that was she was sworn to keep since she was younger, once she met her mate and got to know him, she knew that it didn't make sense anymore to keep something like that away from him. I really appreciated that. Ezra was the same way. Instead of being some spoiled shifter King, he had a good upbringing and believed in doing his job the way it should be done. It made him such a likeable character. When he met Masha, he didn't judge her and he accepted her from the beginning. Insta like for me! The only downside was Hallie. *sigh* I'm starting to really hate the trope where there is some jealous woman who can't accept facts and has to be clingy and weird. Again especially since shifters have a culture that puts such importance on finding mates, that trope is just a weird one. I could understand a woman just being put out about it but to the point that she acts like this one, truly unhinged behavior. That's not a knock on the story though, it was still definitely still good. Just something I'm starting to realize I don't really care for.

The spice in this book was ok. It definitely had it's spicier moments, but overall it was a 3 out of 5. As for the overall story, I really liked it! I give it a 4 out of 5. I enjoyed how things flowed so nicely with not only the characters but the story itself. I like books that don't feel like a chore to read. Like the characters and everything else that is going on in the story are enjoyable. Even if things get a little crazy within the story, as long as it flows, I'm here for it. So with that being said, I would recommend this book to others for sure! It's a great romance with a girls girl and a nice cinnamon roll guy!

 The next series that I decided to take on in my re-read sessions was the Wolf Hotel series by KA Tucker. This series was one that I devoured when I originally read it so I wanted to see if it still hit the same as then! This first book definitely has taken advantage of the naive virgin trope and really let it go full tilt. We meet Abbi as she is going through one of the worst moments in her life.   Wow. I almost don't know how to feel after reading this book. I mean Gideon and Ava are definitely running me through the emotional ringer with this one. I mean they are constantly on a roller coaster themselves! One day they are madly happy then the next day they are close to hating each other. Most of it honestly, is communication. They both have bad communication skills honestly. They feed each others hurt. Yet they are great when they are great. I mean there is a scene in this book where it's almost picture perfection. Then we get instances when one lashes out subconsciously at the other. The issue stemming from the fact that one is very close lipped about something. Which by the end of the book, it makes sense....my LORD, was I stressed while reading this. The amount of times that I stopped and just yelled at one of the other about what the heck they had going on. Like my goodness! I almost don't even know how we got to where we did by the end. Binder - ARC Review

Yall, I try not to be long winded when I do my reviews because I don't want to spoil you. Also I try to be a raving looney toon as well but this series is going to probably have the longest reviews I've written. When I say that I am head over heels for these characters, this world, the story. I truly am. Once again we are back in this world meeting so many new faces and some returning! I was so happy to see that Rogan was back! I knew it would throw an interesting wrench between Kara and Flynn and boy did it!! Rogan was just someone who was there briefly in the Prequel Breeder, but he was important to Kara. The fact that he disappeared after what happened in the prequel was investing to me and he always lingered in the back of my mind but never,  did I expect his return to be what it was!!
