 This book was interesting! There is a lot happening with the characters and it seems to be a pretty serious situation going down for the MC. There is a lot of laughs that go on though even though the situation is grave. It took me awhile to get the dynamics of all the characters and I'm still learning everyone a little since there were some more characters introduced by the end of the book. I am interested in reading the book before this and more than likely the one after it too! I feel like I will appreciate the events and the characters in this book more. Overall this was an entertaining read and I think it will make for a great palate cleansing read while still making you want more!

    As for the spice in this one...whew it was pretty hot! The characters are already together when we meet them in this book and as such they definitely do not hold back. There is exhibitionism and some fun biting action. It was was a nice and hot!! Spice was definitely a 4 out of 5. Overall I recommend this book. It was a nice short and sweet continuation in a series. I think it's interesting enough to make anyone want to figure out what's going on with the Mayhem MC! I can't wait to see the next book and if there is more for some of the side characters in this book. Don't miss out on getting this book when it drops on March 15th!!

   I finally decided to take the plunge and start this series. This book was really good and I felt so much for Elise. She has so much happening and to see her experience moments of pure happiness was the most rewarding part of this book. As for the men, whew, I really want to continue this series just to see how she is able to resolve the fact that two of the men are mortal enemies. How are they going to come to terms with each other? They are mortal enemies and their families have hated each other for generations!! The others I can see getting along just because but generational enemies?!?!?! That right there is enough to make me want to finish the series. End of The Month Wrap Up- September '23

   We are here again with another End of the Month Wrap Up. It's crazy to say that I can't believe it again but we have burned through this month in a blink. I have gone on a trip and come back and here we are, at the end of the month once again!! I didn't do as much reading as I wanted to since I fell into a slump during the middle of the month. Still all of the books that I read were interesting in their own way. So let's see where all these books fell this month!       Favorite Character:   Avery- Avery from Wonder Light is my selection as favorite character of the month!! I loved that she decided to take some time for herself and do something crazy. Sometimes doing something different can be just what we need to shock our systems and can reset us. The Cliffiest of Cliff Hangers

    Whew,  I received this ARC for a honest review of this book. Let me just say that this was cruel and unusual punishment!! Like the title for this review says, the biggest cliff, in cliffhanger history ends this book.  The next page asks us to wait until next year for the next book.  I won't survive. I will spend the next week writing down theories of how this could continue.      The characters in this book are so memorable!! I love a snarky heroine and her dark hero. These two are actually a match made in... well hell? Darkness? I don't know but I can't wait to read more when the next book in this series drops. I definitely recommend this book!! The spice didn't come to the end but it was hot !! I give the spice 3 out of 5 simply because I wish there was more!! It was so good! Overall I'd rate this book 4 out of 5!! Great works building,  great characters, and plot. Everything is paced nicely and it definitely leaves you wanting more!!
