Image
Peter Pan is back and better than ever! He finally has his shadow back and everything should be perfect in his world.... right? Except upon returning home he realizes things are anything but perfect. Winnie is not the same Winnie he left and old habits die hard. After spending so long hiding from the sun he can't help but stick to his old ways. Even though now it's not needed. After watching his Darling pass out after some fun with Vane, he realizes just what is different. Everything starts to get crazy after this revelation. The powers that be in his world are attempting to take advantage and a startling truth is about to be revealed. We finally meet the infamous Crocodile,  who has just about everyone quaking in their boots. With swagger to match his reputation Crocodile proves he's just as irresistible as his younger brother Vane.       I enjoyed this book a heck of a lot more than I enjoyed the second one.  The second one ...

Who Will She Choose

Image
I didn't know who our FMC was going to choose for a awhile there but as the story progressed we definitely see who she's going for. Then plot twist!! Whew what a plot twist there at the end.  It's going to be interesting to see how it plays out in the second book.  We also find out what our FMC is. I decibel didn't expect it to happen in this book.  The one revelation was enough for me!! There is no spice in this book what do ever. But there is a lot of heart strings being pulled on. I didn't know how to feel by the end of this book.  I was angry,  I was happy and I was confused just like she was!! I can't wait to see what book 2 has in store for us!! I give this book a 3.5 out of 5.       Like I said earlier they l there was no spice in this one.  There is a lot of teasing but don't expect more than done heavy one way petting. I will say I was also a little confused by the end because there was a ...

Great Ending to a Fantastic Story

Image
This ending tied up just about everything that was left open from the previous book.  We find out who the killer is which I'll admit was kinda a shock to me. I thought it would be someone else who we hadn't met who had a connection to the men. Instead it's someone with a connection to Chiara!! I won't spoil it for you incase you're just here to see if reading this last book is worth it (it is). My only complaints about this book is how some of the things that happened didn't seem like smart ideas and that's how they ended up in bad situations but then again... not everyone makes the best decisions all the time.       The spice was spicy ok. I loved every moment of reading about Chiara being with her men and the bonus scene was nice.  I haven't read a purely MM book but I do enjoy when they happen with a woman involved.  Not to mention that the guys in this series seem to be so tightly bonded that I'm not surprised this ...

My Pages Are Still on Fire!

Image
Holy cheese grater! This book was S P I C Y. Like this author did not come to play.  She wanted you just as turned on as these characters were because wow.  Like this book was out of this world hot.  I was looking for something like this after my last read and this book delivered.  If you're in the mood for some erotica, look no further than this book. The story was there to touch your nerdy heart and to give you hope because wow.  This book is pretty much for the gamer girls and guys and I love that for us. I felt seen with some of the things that happened in this book because as a gamer girl myself you solstice attach yourself to these gamer guys but you never say anything vice versa.  This book definitely encourages you to go for it.  Let that person know how you feel because you never know what could happen.       This book is a 10 out of 5 on the spice scale. Glitch and Ara were tearing i...

Um... What?

Image
So.... this book started out good.  The spice was off the charts and I was willing to overlook some things and then by the end.... complete crash and burn. Like,  I'm not even sure what exactly happened to make it turn the way it did. Like, it started out with the stalker vibes which, I was going to overlook because J/P I can get pass. Then the ending chapters happened and I just was not here for it.  Nothing really seemed resolved between the characters.  Like stuff just happened and we were supposed to overlook it. This book felt like what people think romance readers read when in actually it just leaves most of us sitting there like wtf. Like the MMC essentially was a creepy, abusive, psycho. He wasn't committed to being a badass or crying.  I'm down with men showing true emotion in books but the emotion in this one just felt... random. Like a stalker turning into a live is done well in Haunting Adaline but the stealer in this o...

Gabriel is Indeed Falling

Image
This book was an ok read. It was definitely a nice dose of lightness after the heavy plot driven story I read before. The mild miscommunication between Mercy and Gabriel was a little sigh worthy but again I think it's because I just finished such a deep story before it.        Mercy is dealing with catching feelings for Gabriel and instead of just letting it happen,  she's fighting it. She knew who he was when she met him and as things have progressed emotionally for them both she should be able to see the type of man he is. So it's surprising how she takes every negative thing that happens to mean that he's some terrible person. The main thing she wants is her father free and it seems like she'd learning that she'd do just about anything for that to happen.  Gabriel is dealing with falling hard for Mercy. Like from playboy to relationship in a short amount of time. He's also realizing that he'd give any and just...

Speechless

Image
I'm completely speechless as I finish this book at 2AM. The feels I've felt while reading this book probably gave not been reached since the Ribbon Duet. I cried,  I laughed,  I felt their lust and lastly I felt their anger. So much happened in this book.  From start to finish just nothing but full speed ahead. This book picks up exactly where the previous book left off. Which of course was almost as painful as the ending to this book. With the loss of Gabby, Diana is taking no prisoners. Everyone must pay for the betrayel. Everyone is shaking in their boots with how strong she is and how the world is trembling as she seeks revenge. I won't spoil anything because there is just so much that happens in this book. Just know that the betrayals keep coming. The pain does not end and the bad guys just keep on bad guying. There is definitely some things in here to keep hope alive,  it's not all soon and gloom but there is another book after t...
